The company has in 1996 created the Internet Booking Engine (IBE), one of the first Internet booking systems. This system has now evolved into cytric, risk-free technology and service optimizing business travel by providing more cost reduction, higher adoption, and finding better trips.

i:FAO Business Travel eProcurement Software is used today by more than 2.000 companies. Many travel agency chains in various countries use cytric as a base for their own products. Several distribution partners are selling cytric under their own name.
